My story

I have always believed that feeling fulfilled at work is possible. And not only that, but through our profession, we can offer the best of ourselves to society, as Plato once proposed.

I studied Human Resources for five years, knowing that I wanted to work in the business world and that within it, the HR department would allow me to be close to people and support them in their professional growth.

My first real contact with working life was in 2008, in Switzerland, almost twenty years ago. Since then, I have had many experiences: from start-ups to large multinationals, across various sectors (especially tech and gaming in the last fifteen years).

You can imagine that over so many years, I have been fortunate to accompany hundreds of colleagues in their professional development. For me, one of the happiest moments is seeing a colleague get promoted and achieve their dream.

These experiences have been very meaningful to me. Not only because I have seen people reach their goals, but also because they have allowed me to understand the value of having someone who listens, guides, and supports you during times of change or job uncertainty: a good Manager and a good HRBP make all the difference.

But this journey hasn’t always been easy. I have also witnessed pain, suffering, demotivation, stress, and a lot of burnout. Over the years, company policies, corporate reality, and other circumstances can make one forget the purpose with which, as a young person, full of enthusiasm and hope, they started their career.

Encouraged by my environment, and alongside my role as HR director, I have decided to dedicate some of my time to career coaching. My goal is to reach more people and help them transform difficult experiences into new professional opportunities. I want to be there for those seeking change, for those who have lost their motivation or enthusiasm. I also want to support those who have not yet found their purpose, or who simply wish to move to Barcelona or another city in Spain from abroad and don’t know where to start.

The working world can be complicated and overwhelming. Sometimes, you need someone to guide you, to show you a clear path, and to provide you with the tools you need to move forward. That is what I want to offer: close, personalized, and effective support so that each person can achieve their dreams.
